24/7 HelpDesk
Whilst we will agree on which service levels will apply to your contact, you are free to log calls via our 24/7 freephone helpdesk at any time, the respective technician will call you back within your SLA agreement.
Clients have a single point of call for all faults, queries, updates and advice
The helpdesk with take your details and a brief description of the fault, this is then passed to an in house technician who will call you back to diagnosis and where possible remedy the fault, if a site visit is required the technician will attend site within your agreed SLA.
