EMS (Enhanced Maintenance Support)

In addition to hardware maintenance we are recommending that our clients take out 1Source Enhanced Maintenance Support (EMS) as this allows for downtime of the hardware whether it is planned downtime or unplanned.

EMS Service

	A value-add service which is provided in addition to hardware maintenance.
	EMS provides customers with rapid deployment of loan equipment when an outage and/or disaster strikes IT hardware (this includes failure, corruption, planned downtime for upgrade, theft and damage, irrespective of cause).
	The equipment is available for use for up to 14 days in duration, with no charge, and beyond this at a weekly rental rate.
	Upgrades are available to this service which includes annual rehearsals, longer loan periods and the provision of Engineers with the hardware to provide technical support.
	The standard term for EMS is three years and this is pre payable, however we can be flexible and offer annual terms where necessary.
