By using our recovery processes we are able to recover critical applications to any type of server, we recognise that some of our customers have a strong preference for a certain manufacturer and so we are able to offer equipment from IBM, Dell, Compaq HP and Sun Microsystems.
This equipment is available 24 hours a day, always in a state of readiness to ensure that we are able to meet the most demanding timescales for delivery required by our customers
Utilising our internal logistics department, we can deliver large volumes of multiple servers and workstations to a designated site in as little as 2 hours from notification of a disaster. We can also deliver an entire infrastructure, including mobile computer room, generator, structured cabling system, telephone switch and mobile office space.
Mobile Service
We deliver a mobile service that comes to you and therefore you do not need to relocate people in the event of a local incident regardless of whether it is a minor business interruption or a major full blown disaster.

We respond to an incident within 15 minutes of receiving a call and can be on site in as little as 2 hours. Our equipment inventory is designed around a mobile service with the ability to despatch from regional operations centres at short notice 24 x 7, 365 days per year.

Rehearsals
As part of a contract you are entitled to a minimum of 1 rehearsal per annum where we will demonstrate our ability to recovery your systems.
Systems Continuity Engineers
In addition to the delivery of hardware we can provide dedicated System Continuity Engineers for every planned rehearsal and live invocation. The Engineer will load your Operating System and assist in, or carry out the full recovery of your system. They will remain on site until you the client are happy that the system has been fully recovered.
